“The Music Of Motown” was Performed on 5/12/2023 Featuring the CONNE Band:

The word “Motown” has become synonymous with some of the most prolific African-American singers, songwriters, and ensembles in American history. The music changed society at large by creating sounds that are considered the most significant musical accomplishments of the 20th century. Often called the “Sound of Young America”, the distinctive music brought together white and black, old and young, rock and pop, blues and soul in a way that no other music had ever been able to achieve.
“The Music Of Motown” concert features two dozen such classic songs, including: ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough’, ‘I Heard It Through the Grapevine’, ‘Please Mr. Postman’, ‘My Guy’, ‘It’s a Shame’, ‘Baby Love’, ‘I Hear a Symphony’, ‘Heatwave’, ‘Midnight Train to Georgia’, ‘Never Can Say Goodbye’, ‘I’ll Be There’, ‘How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You’, ‘Second That Emotion’, ‘Tears of a Clown’, ‘My Girl’ and ‘Just My Imagination’.
